"Push hands" - two-person practice at Ranna® Tai Chi teaches us where our center is and improves our solo Tai Chi practice. Through this practice, we become aware of subtle reactions and responses in our practice partners' physical and energy systems. Two person training is also a really great metaphor for life: We learn where our own boundaries are, where others push us and pull us, where we are off balance, where we allow ourselves to be knocked off our foundation. Yes, Tai Chi can help us deal with life!
